Crystal Harden-Lindsey is an Executive Leadership Coach. The Baltimore native is a graduate of Morgan State University, where she earned a degree in Social Work and Mental Health. She then furthered her education at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Elementary Education. Lindsey completed her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership in August of 2019. In addition to her work with Baltimore City Public Schools, she is a full time professor with Austin Peay State University. She leads the work of leadership development with a focus on anti-racist leadership practices.
Dr. Harden-Lindsey has been recognized for her work in the world of education. In 2014, Lindsey was coined as a transformational principal as recognized by the Baltimore City Public School System for her work with community partners. In 2022, she has been acknowledged as a nominee for the Maryland Charter School Leader of the Year.
Aligned to her strong beliefs in educational leadership, Lindsey works as a consultant traveling internationally supporting school leaders with developing culturally responsive practices within their schools. Ultimately, Lindsey believes, “when schools are inclusive, students have greater opportunities for positive academic outcomes.”
