Blaire currently is entering her second year of the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership program at Oakland University with a concentration on Diversity Leadership, is a consultant for the Intercultural Development Inventory, and pursuing a business endeavor that is allowing her to live in her calling to serve women. Her vocational pursuits stem from her roles and responsibilities as a mother, friend, mentor, and coach. Her work in this endeavor is to lead a shift from awareness to action and is grounded in experience and testimony. Her roots as an intercultural and success coach in Higher Education (with over 13 years of experience) and her current doctoral work ground her experiences in theory and an interculturally informed pedagogy. More importantly, it is her intrinsic motivation to assist women to intentionally seek excellence in every aspect of their life.
