A dynamic and energetic keynote speaker, Diversity consultant, & adjunct professor, Tish Norman uses public speaking as a platform for change.  Ms. Norman is the Founder of Transforming Leaders Now, Inc., a consultancy specializing in college & career readiness, women, DE&I topics, and the African American experience. 

Tish has written several published articles, 5 books, and a forthcoming release this January.  Tish is a graduate of Kentucky State University, has a Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University and among a multitude of campus presentations, has presented her doctoral research at the Dr. Joseph H. McMillan National Conference on The Black Family in America and the National Council for Black Studies. 

Tish has dedicated her professional career to the educational development and social uplift of audiences from the classroom, community, college and corporate spaces. Her presentations have been delivered in 45 states and 14 countries, as Tish maintains an active speaking schedule, keynoting at dozens of leadership conferences and campuses every year.
